Kratos and Atreus are required to journey through every one of the Nine Realms in search of answers as they prepare for the battle prophesied to destroy the entire world. They, Kratos and Atreus venture deep into the Nine Realms in search of the answers they seek as Asgardian forces prepare for war.

Along the way they will travel through stunning, mythical scenery, gather allies from across the world, and fight fierce enemies in the shape of Norse mythological creatures as well as gods. The threat of Ragnarok becomes more and more imminent, Kratos and Atreus find themselves choosing between the security of their families and the security of their own realms…
