PlatinumGames NEO-CLASSIC arcade series blends the fun and spirit of classic gaming with modern technology. The initial project includes Sol Cresta. Sol Cresta uses the same docking and formation techniques as Terra Cresta’s classic shooter Moon Cresta. It also features the latest “free-form docking technique”. The main character, Yamato is comprised of the three ships Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susano will be able to employ a range of different attacks depending on the ways the three ships are placed. Separating, docking, and restructuring the ships when required is crucial to defeating the invading armies of Mandler.
